Alibaba Cloud / DingTalk provides AI assistance in form design, process configuration, data analysis and other aspects; specific functions are subject to the official version and package, and it is recommended to promote it after POC verification.

Implementation recommendations
- First sort out the boundaries of structured data and permissions, and then enable AI fields/assistants
- Use private models or desensitize sensitive data before calling public APIs
- AI output requires manual inspection, and key processes are kept in the rules engine.
- In the POC stage, select 1–2 high-frequency scenarios to verify ROI before promoting
