What is the relationship between DeCode and Definesys Cloud?
DeCode is an enterprise-level low-code aPaaS brand owned by Definesys Information. It is oriented to complex processes and integration scenarios and is different from lightweight form products.
What size of enterprise is it suitable for?
Medium and large enterprises and organizations with multiple system integration and privatization/innovation needs are more suitable.
How to choose between ChuanYun and Jiandaoyun?
Jiandaoyun/ChuanYun favors lightweight and fast; DeCode favors aPaaS and privatization. For details, see micount.cn/cont.html for comparison.
Implementation and roles
Do business personnel need to be able to program?
No; you can participate in form and process configuration, and complex integration is completed by IT/developer.
How long does the implementation cycle usually take?
Single application scenario 2–6 weeks; group-level multiple applications 3–6 months, depending on the integration depth.
Does it support mobile terminal?
Supports approval and form filling on mobile terminals such as H5/Qiwei/DingTalk. The details are subject to the integration configuration.
Integration and extension
Can it be connected to SAP/Yonyou?
Implemented via open platform REST, ESB or vendor connectors, evaluating master data and transaction boundaries.
How to customize the page?
You can use the visual page designer or front-end SDK (depending on the version), and complex UI can be developed in a hybrid manner.
Deployment and security
What deployment methods are supported?
Public cloud SaaS, privatized K8s, Xinchuang Environment; etc. guarantee and audit capabilities depend on the package and implementation scope.
Will the upgrade affect production?
It is recommended that Dev→Test→Prod be released in stages, and backup and rollback drills be done during key windows.
AI and services
What are the capabilities of Definesys cloud AI?
Including intelligent form filling recommendations, process optimization suggestions, etc.; large model docking is mostly optional plug-ins, and privatized models can be deployed locally.
