ChuanYun Quick Start Guide

First, you need to access ChuanYun through DingTalk. ChuanYun is DingTalk's official low-code platform and is deeply integrated into the DingTalk ecosystem.

1. Download and install DingTalk client (PC or mobile)
2. Register a DingTalk account using your mobile phone number and log in
3. Search "ChuanYun" on the DingTalk workbench and add the ChuanYun application
4. Click to enter ChuanYun to complete the creation or joining of the corporate space

Let's take "Leave Application Form" as an example and create the first form from scratch.

1. Enter the ChuanYun backend and click on the left menu [Application Management]
2. Click the [New Application] button and select [Start from Blank]
3. Enter the application name "Leave Management" and click Confirm
4. Click [New Form] in the app and select [Normal Form]
5. Enter the form name "Leave Application Form" and click OK to enter the form designer.

In the form designer, drag the following fields from the control library on the left to the canvas:

• Single line text: Renamed to "name"
• Date interval: Renamed to "leave time"
• Number: Renamed to "Number of Leave Days"
• Radio button group: Renamed to "Leave type", the options are set to "Personal leave/sick leave/annual leave"
• Multi-line text: Renamed to "Reason for Leave"

When finished, click the [Publish] button in the upper right corner to save the form.

Configure a simple approval process for leave application forms: Submit → Supervisor Approval → End.

1. On the form editing page, click the [Process Design] tab at the top
2. By default, there are [Start] and [End] nodes.
3. Click the "+" sign between [Start] and [End] and select the [Approval] node
4. In the approval node settings:
   • Node name: Supervisor Approval
   • Approver: Select [Initiator’s supervisor]
   • Approval buttons: Leave the default "Agree" and "Deny"
5. Click [Publish] to save the process configuration

Now you can submit the first test data and experience the complete process flow.

1. Return to the application homepage and click [Leave Application Form]
2. Click the [New Data] button
3. Fill in each field of the form (name, time of leave, number of days, type, reason)
4. Click the [Submit] button
5. The system will automatically initiate the approval process, and you will receive an approval notification in DingTalk

If you are an administrator, you can see the approval application in [To-Do Tasks], click to enter the approval details page, and select "Agree" or "Reject".

Once your data is submitted, it can be viewed and managed in multiple places.

• Data management: All submitted data can be viewed on the form list page, and filtering, sorting, and exporting are supported.
• Approval Records: View all approval history in [My]-[Approval Records]
• Data Report: Click the [Report] tab of the form to create chart statistics (such as statistics on days of leave, distribution of leave types, etc.)
• Dashboard: Create a new dashboard in the application to display multiple reports and charts together.
